SealPact, a modern legal advisory service, was managing critical commercial agreements via insecure email attachments and manual PDF editing tools. This fragmented workflow caused processing delays, lacked version controls, and raised severe security risks during the handling of sensitive client financial profiles.
They required an enterprise-grade platform that could automatically generate legal templates, capture cryptographically secure signatures, verify user identity, and log a tamper-proof audit trail for legal compliance.
The Solution
FrontApp designed and built a secure, cloud-native signing application utilizing a distributed document processing gateway. We developed a robust signature validation module that links unique user session identities, IP locations, and file checksums into encrypted metadata envelopes.
Operating under our milestone-driven framework, we completed the full build in 9 weeks. The final platform runs on serverless architecture, preventing file storage breaches through deep IAM configurations and encrypted S3 nodes.

Technical Implementation
The core engine is built using Node.js and React, using web canvas APIs to record signature vectors with microsecond precision. Completed PDFs are flattened, watermarked, and secured using unique AES-256 keys managed by AWS Key Management Service (KMS).
